38: Disability and Emergency Management During COVID-19

Linda Mastandrea, Director of the Office of Disability Integration and Coordination at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), shares her work as a disability law and civil rights attorney. She discusses her role in the COVID-19 response, the lack of data on how emergencies impact people with disabilities, and the barriers for people with disabilities to access emergency assistance.
